To initiate the listing process, we require specific documentation. For properties owned individually or jointly, please provide:

  1. Valid copies of IDs for each individual on the property title (Social Security Card or Passport Bio-Data Page only).

  2. Copy of the Property Title(s) (Land Certificate, Deed of Conveyance, First Certificate of Title, or Minister’s Fiat Grant).

  3. Property Survey Plan (Land Survey Map).

  4. Property Parcel Index (Parcel ID Map).

  5. Most recent Property Tax Statement (Land Tax).

For properties held under a company name, we additionally need:

  1. Certificate of Registration.

  2. Articles of Memorandum and Articles of Association.

  3. Latest Annual Filing (indicating Directors/Shareholders).

  4. Certificate of Good Standing.

  5. Valid copies of IDs for all Directors/Shareholders (Social Security Card or Passport Bio-Data Page only).
